Fruity Pebbles Ice Cream Sandwich

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla ice cream and Fruity Pebbles cereal

Mix until well combined

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and press down gently to flatten

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm

Once firm, use a cookie cutter to cut out ice cream rounds

Sandwich each ice cream round between two cookies

Serve immediately or wrap individually in parchment paper and freeze for later enjoyment
