Pressure Cooker Garlic Naan

Cary Sex Meetup

You can easily make restaurant-style garlic naan in a pressure cooker and enjoy the real taste of it. Your favorite curries go great with the soft, flavorful naan.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions:

Put flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix them together

Mix in the yogurt, olive oil, and warm water

Make a soft dough by mixing

For five minutes, work the dough until it is smooth

Put a lid on it and wait two hours

Make little balls out of the dough

Make a circle with each ball

You can mix chopped garlic and cilantro

On one side of each circle of dough, spread

Warm up the pressure cooker slowly without the weight and gasket

The garlic side of the dough circle should be facing down when you put it in the pressure cooker

Stir the food for two minutes or until bubbles appear

Turn over and cook for one to two more minutes

Take it off and brush it with butter

Do this again with the rest of the dough circles

Warm up the garlic naan and serve it with your favorite curry
