Iced Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream

Indulge in the comforting flavors of classic oatmeal cookies in this creamy, homemade ice cream. The addition of crushed oatmeal cookies adds texture and a nostalgic taste, perfect for any ice cream lover.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed oatmeal cookies
  • 1/4 cup icing powdered sugar

Instructions:

Put the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk them together until the sugar is completely mixed in

Follow the directions on the ice cream maker to churn the mixture until it has the consistency of soft serve

Add the oatmeal cookies that have been crushed slowly to the ice cream that has been churned

Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer

Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm

For an extra sweet touch, sprinkle icing sugar on top before serving
