Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Cover a square 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off
Put gluten-free chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl
Fill the bowl with other ingredients
Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed
Put the mixture in the baking pan that has been prepared
Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to press it down evenly
Chill the pan in the fridge for at least two hours, or until the bars are set
When the bars are hard, use the extra parchment paper to lift them out of the pan and set them on a cutting board
Cut it into bars or squares of any size you want
The gluten-free chocolate peanut butter bars should be kept in the fridge in a container that wont let air in
