Almond Mini Nutella Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mini cupcake liners
Instructions:
Line a mini cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted
Using a teaspoon, spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, spreading it up the sides to create a cup shape
Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate
While the chocolate cups are setting, mix together the Nutella, chopped almonds, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until well combined
Remove the chocolate cups from the freezer and carefully peel off the cupcake liners
Fill each chocolate cup with the Nutella mixture, making sure not to overfill
Place the filled chocolate cups back in the freezer for another 10 minutes to firm up
Once set, remove the almond mini Nutella cups from the freezer and serve
