All the Flavors of Salad

This salad combines a medley of fresh vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and briny Kalamata olives for a burst of flavors in every bite. The simple olive oil and balsamic dressing ties it all together.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

The mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion should all be put together in a large bowl

To make the dressing, mix the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together

Add the chopped feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the salad

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve right away and enjoy
