Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
- Ice cubes optional
- Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put everything into a blender except the whipped cream and cinnamon
If you want it colder, you can add ice cubes and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy
If you think it needs more sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup
