Chocolate Nicecream Whip with Rawnola and Coconut
Enjoy this chocolate nicecream whip that is filled with creamy goodness and topped with crunchy rawnola and sweet coconut. If youre craving dessert, this vegan treat is just what you need
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
Put the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, and almond milk in a food processor and blend them until the mixture is smooth and creamy
This is what your nice cream base will be
Put the rolled oats, raw almonds, and maple syrup in a different bowl and mix them together
Lay this mix out on a baking sheet
Bake at 350F 175C for 10 minutes, or until it turns golden brown
After it cools down, break it up into little balls
This is the topping for your rawnola
Place small amounts of nicecream in bowls, then add rawnola clusters on top and cover with shredded coconut
