Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, diced avocado, mixed salad greens, and cherry tomatoes
