Cherry Almond Chocolate Caramel Butter Sugar Tart
For a rich dessert, this tart combines the delicious tastes of almonds, chocolate, caramel, cherries, and a buttery crust.
Ingredients:
- 200g cherries, pitted and halved
- 100g almond meal
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g caramel sauce
- 100g unsalted butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 sheet of ready-made tart crust
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180C 350F
Line a tart pan with the ready-made crust
In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar until caramelized
Pour onto the tart crust and spread evenly
Spread almond meal over the caramel layer
Arrange cherry halves over the almond meal
Sprinkle chopped chocolate over the cherries
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the chocolate is melted
Allow to cool before slicing and serving
