Shrimp Tacos
This shrimp taco recipe is quick, tasty, and flexible, so its great for a meal that the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and taco seasoning
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through
Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave
Assemble tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, cooked shrimp, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos
