One-Pot Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Indulge in the creamy goodness of this one-pot pasta dish featuring tender shrimp, fragrant garlic, and a luscious Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, linguine pasta, dried basil, salt, and pepper

Stir well

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low

Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally

Add shrimp to the pot and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
