It is a great way to start the day with a healthy boost Ingredients: 1 cup kale leaves 1/2 cup pineapple chunks 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Ice cubes optional Instructions: Take out the tough stems from the kale leaves and wash and chop the leaves In a blender, put the kale, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract You can make the smoothie colder by adding a few ice cubes to the blender Mix everything together until its all smooth and creamy If you want to change how sweet it is, you can add more honey Put the Kale Colada smoothie in a glass and serve right away
